COVID-19 Relief to IGL vendors

Dear IGL Vendor

Indraprastha Gas Limited (IGL) is happy to announce that on request received from several vendors citing difficulties during Covid-19 pandemic and in-line with govt. schemes and relief extended by peer industry, IGL is declaring one-time close ended relief measures to the vendors whose PRS/ penalties were deducted on account of delay in deliveries scheduled between 19.02.2020 to 31.03.2022 (both date included) and/or barred due to default in execution of such contracts.

Such vendors are requested to raise their claim on IGL e-tender portal (https://igl.ewizard.in/) between 22.10.2024 to 12.11.2024 under tender ref. no IGL/CP/Covid_Relief/22-10-2024.

No claim shall be entertained after this date, in any form. Vendor represent earlier are also required to lodge their claim under this scheme only, for consideration.

Steps for raising the complaints:

  1. Go to IGL e-tender portal, https://igl.ewizard.in/

  2. Log-in using user log-in ID & password and DSC credentials.

  3. Search for tender no IGL/CP/Covid_Relief/22-10-2024 under published/ live tender.

  4. Mark the tender as interested.

  5. Submit the tender by uploading the PRS details (in .xls) & declaration (in.pdf) as per format provided.

  6. Click on the final submission button.
